Appreciative Inquiry
- In this 1 day program participants will become familiar with the multi-disciplinary
principles, research and theory base of Appreciative Inquiry. They will practice
appreciateve question construction, interviewing skills, topic identification and
imagining skills and develop the ability to apply the Appreciative Inquiry framework
to a variety of interventions such as: Startegic Planning, Organizational Redesign,
Teambuliding, and Coaching.

for generating “both-and” solutions to “unsolvable problems” as well as a new approach
