Appreciative Inquiry
  • In this 1 day program participants will become familiar with the multi-disciplinary principles, research and theory base of Appreciative Inquiry.  They will practice appreciateve question construction, interviewing skills, topic identification and imagining skills and develop the ability to apply the Appreciative Inquiry framework to a variety of interventions such as: Startegic Planning, Organizational Redesign, Teambuliding, and Coaching.

Polarity Management
  • In this 1 day program, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of how “either-or” thinking traps you into no-win conflicts. Also to learn a framework for generating “both-and” solutions to “unsolvable problems” as well as a new approach to managing people, tasks and projects. Participants will have breakthrough insights and learn tools to apply to their leadership practice.

  • In this program, participants will learn the ability to clearly define the purpose of a meeting. They will also learn the skills needed to build High Performing Teams as well as learn and practice the skills required to effectively lead both teams and meetings.

Transformational Coaching
  • Transformational Coaching is based on transformational learning; a fundamental shift in the frame of reference about individual ways of being, thinking and acting. This 1 day program will enable participants to establish and understand how to create a coaching relationship. The focus is on building skills needed for meaningful conversations.

True Colors™ Workshop
  • The True Colors™ model is a non-threatening, interactive vehicle for change. Its unique format helps individuals identify their natural skills, needs and motivations and those of the people they interact with. In this program, participants will increase their power and effectiveness of their communications in the organization and with customers.

  • In this 2 day workshop participants will learn to apply the brain science of emotions to improve their performance. Manage emotions in challenging situations and relationships and create strong connections with key people at work and at home. Learn to help others manage their emotions through change, conflict and adversity and inspire and coach others to higher levels of performance.

  • This 1 day program will enable participants to understand the significance of Emotional Intelligence. Also to identify the individual’s strengths and areas of development and develop individual action plans for moving forward. To understand how Emotional Intelligence applies to Leadership and its implications in the workplace.
