I have come to the frightening conclusion that I am the decisive element.It is my personal approach that creates the climate. It is my daily mood that makes the weather. I possess tremendous power to make life miserable and joyous. I can be a tool of torture or an instrument of inspiration; I can humiliate or humor, hurt or heal. In all situations, it is my response that decides whether a crisis is escalated or de-escalated, and a person humanized or de-humanized. If we treat people as they are, we make them worse. If we treat people as they ought to be, we help them become what they are capable of becoming.

Leadership Effectiveness Program

The Leadership Effectiveness Program (LEP) includes leaders, with and without people management responsibilities. LEP has been designed as a leadership program that utilizes a consistent and integrated approach for developing leaders across the organization. This approach represents a move from a single experience to one that embodies an overarching framework and process, thus enabling management to learn skills they need to be effective and to develop in their role. They will also have an opportunity to develop their leadership through experiences that create awareness about themselves, their approach and their impact on others.

You will learn to build effective communication skills that are critical for fulfilling your role and will help you create an environment that is supports your team. You will learn how to learn to make anything possible.

Personal Mastery

The Presonal Mastery Program helps leaders build upon their leadership capabilities. It represents a move from a single experience to a program in the broadest sense: a process that enables leaders to identify and learn the skills they need to be effective and to develop in their role. All leaders require opportunities to develop their leadership through experiences that create awareness about themselves and their approach and their impact on others. This is accomplished in the program throughout multiple sessions within a supportive peer environment.
