Sandy Wise is a Human Resource Consultant specializing in Transformaional Solutions
for Organizations, Teams and Individuals. She has extensive expertise in designing
and delivering programs to facilitate Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management,
Leadership and Mastery, Team Development, large System Interventions, Polarity Management,
Emotional Intelligence, Culture Change, Trust and Executive Coaching.

and programs that have sound theoretical underpinnings and include the principles
of adult learning, organizational development and equity.
Sandy holds a Masters degree in Adult Education and Counseling from the University
of Toronto. She has completed a three-year program in Group Process and is certified
in Myers Briggs Type Indicator, True Colors, Emotional Intelligence, Polarity Management,
Future Search Technology and Open Space.
Sandy's community commitments include being a Board Member for the Toronto Rehabilitaion
Institure and Co-Founder of Wilow - the Ontario Breast Support and Resources Centre.
She has also been a nominee for the YWCA Women of Distinction Award for Community
Leadership.
